Windows 10: undo sync?

I installed Windows on my new PC and signed in with the Microsoft account I used on a laptop before. Now, unfortunately, the old settings and background images have been synchronized. I actually wanted to completely reconfigure the PC. I have already deactivated synchronization in the settings, but the data is still there. Does anyone know how I could get them back down?

Make another user and create a new Microsoft account there

You should create a new one

Then change the background image and design manually is very easy
