USB cable short interruptions while gaming / working normally?

I have a USB hub on my laptop.

Keyboard / mouse / headset / external fan and a floor microphone are connected to the hub.

It always happens that everything turns off briefly and reconnects again. Which is very annoying in game and in normal work.

The only thing I can imagine is that the laptop is not designed for so many USB ports and therefore everything reconnects again and again.

A solution how I can leave everything on and not have to do without anything would be great

Is it an active hub?
And if so, is there a power supply with enough power?

I had a similar problem once, I had too long a cable for my Mik in use and because of that it always went out for a short time, you probably need an external power supply, I think you have connected too much. The cable length may also be too long for you, as it was for me once
