Sims 4 does not stop saving, what should I do?

I played Sims 4 yesterday (think so 2 hours) and wanted to save as normal and shut down the laptop. However, the store does not stop anymore, I started saving at around 11:00 pm and now at 1:00 pm, it is still saving. But that can't be somehow. I would not like to turn off the laptop now, because then everything is lost and I have managed a lot.

Can someone help me maybe?

More than turning off can probably not do.

Maybe you can fix the game via Origin and if that does not work then contact origin.
