Monitor adapter?

Since I currently work a lot from home, I have my laptop from work at home. After work, I always have to reconnect the screen cables to use my normal computer. Now I wonder if there's not an adapter where I can connect 2 computers and then switch between the computers with a switch so that I do not always have to reconnect the monitor cables.
