New pc re-download all?

I plan to switch from laptop to PC. But I'm not sure if I have to download all the data again on the new PC or if I can transfer the data somehow?

If you have an external hard drive you can copy the data from the laptop to the hard drive and then from the hard drive back to the PC

Yes, you have to do it. You can also use a USB stick for this. Put everything in the folder and pull it over. But for this you either need a USB stick that has a huge memory, or you have to move each file / folder over individually
