Manage services via a prepared list?

First of all: I have no idea about IT and software.

Problem: My laptop is slowed down by the many services that are started, which is why games no longer run smoothly.

I solved the problem by adding a couple of services that didn't make sense to me either manually or automatically. Set to disabled.

However, this bothers me because I have to fear that at some point things will no longer work and I do not know which is the service that I would have to reactivate now.

Therefore I would like to create a "list" with services that are deactivated or autom./man. Should be, which I just have to pull into my system, so to speak, and then the PC is fast again. When I have finished playing I want to undo everything by stuffing the "old" list back in. In other words, performance increase at the push of a button without permanently losing flexibility through the services.

However, I do not want to control every service individually by hand. How can I now realize that the idea with "lists" could work?

Use Win 10

There's not any.

Don't fumble with the services if you don't even know what you're doing.

Normal laptops are not suitable for gaming
If you have no idea about the services, then you'd better keep your fingers off it, otherwise you'll shoot your system
You can certainly automate it with a script, but getting the individual "unnecessary" services out is a real chore.

You should probably live with the fact that your computer needs services to work. If your computer slows down, it is a sign that it just does not have the performance you want.

In addition, deactivating the services doesn't really bring more FPS.

There's a "free firewall" in the network, where you can manage every single service and every single program that is on the computer! You can do anything, just never delete anything! A good tool in my opinion, Free! It's worth looking at and testing!

At least I was able to reduce the time it took to boot from 2 minutes to 15 seconds ^^
