My friends and I wanted to have a LAN party, but a friend is afraid that his PC will break down. I live very far away and he is also afraid that it will break if you carry it from A to B. As long as it doesn't have a huge cooler and drives over cobblestones, nothing should happen. The rest is rather uncritical.

I can understand your friend that he doesn't like to drag a very expensive PC around. If something really breaks on it, probably no one will pay him for it, right?
The best thing to do is to wrap the PC really well. Wrap everything twice or three times so that nothing should happen.
