Can only on task manager?

I have a lenovo ideapad 320 and the following problem: My laptop starts normally, after that nothing can be clicked just by calling the Task Manager. During this time the bios was updated, I could also access device managers (through task managers), which means I was able to update the graphics card.

Unfortunately, I can't go into safe mode because there's always an automatic repair prepared, which does not work and I come back to the selection menu. Does anyone know what I can do? It's been like this for days, otherwise the computer always worked.

As I said, I can't click anything, but what can be related is an error message that appears from radeonsettings: This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin windows. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Ps: I do not have a recovery file (I should have done it) and if it works without data and program loss

Back up data, crate flatten, reinstall (Windows) problem from the table.
