But unfortunately you do not write exactly what you want to expect from the 500 euro PC. Unfortunately, this can't be too much either, because a PC can't be that good for so little money. I don't expect really good gaming performance from it and for an office PC it would be almost too expensive for 500 euro.
For a gaming PC, I would not want to start at less than 700 euro. The main thing is that the part gets a dedicated graphics card and no iGPU.

It depends on what you want. Which areas of application, etc. For a pure SSD Office PC, 200-300 euro are sufficient. For gaming I always recommend 700 euro. This is a very good level in terms of price and performance and you will have peace of mind for the next few years without upgrades.

With the CPU just do not press on it from above, only wiggle a little on the side, if it does not immediately fall into the socket and of course pay attention to orientation. With the graphics card and RAM, you have to be all the more careless and put a lot of pressure into it so that they are properly inserted.
