When I turn my laptop on, there are always two windows, dfsvc.exe and Administrator, how do I get this off again.

I do not know what "administrator" is for a window. But is it perhaps the prompt aka. CMD?

Screenshots would be helpful.

The dfsvc.exe is part of the Microsoft .Net Framework V4. Maybe there will be a reinstallation?

No, you just download the Net Framework version 4.xx from Microsoft and install it, nothing more.
