Is there a learning app that I can use to learn offline?

I'm looking for a lernapp, which can also be paid, which I can learn offline on my laptop. The focus is on the school material of the 11th & 12th Class of high school.

The app is called "textbooks".

There are often CDs about the individual textbooks.

There's a program called "Anki", because you can create flashcards yourself. If you read a bit you get really vivid maps out. You can then learn the typical index card system and use the app on the smartphone.
