Today I had no internet at home for about 10 minutes. My cell phone and my laptop were disconnected. After 10 minutes the Wi-Fi was back and my laptop reconnected without any problems.
Unfortunately, it still doesn't work with my cell phone. I restarted both the phone and the router. The network is visible, but when I click "Connect" I see the error message "Couldn't connect".
When I try to connect to other networks, I have this option (if I could get the passwords from my neighbors' networks, I could theoretically connect).
I'm with 1&1. My phone is Xiaomi A2 Light.

No, not without the corresponding error messages from the router's log files.
Log in with the browser on the surface of the router and take a look there in the error log files, what is there why the connection with the mobile phone has not been established.
