When I opened a page there was somehow Trojan virus trying to penetrate and then came a smaller side and there was that I should block it but when I press on it was not and then I closed the page. My laptop runs since the incident so 8 hours normal and now I want to know if I should just let it or should still be afraid. So nothing happened or was it a fake page?
Hard to say. Since I would run through an antivirus program in your place, which checks the computer completely. There's also a free version of Mawarebytes, which is also specialized in finding Trojans.
It would certainly be safer to check it out.
Thanks again. I made an update today and then a quick check of Windows Defender, after that it said that I have no viruses. Should I still load this app or just leave it?
Hard to say. I do not want to worry you either. The Malwarebytes is definitely free. Can you just download, install and run it - to be sure. Avast is also free in the Free Version.
Thank you. Unfortunately, I'm in windows 10s mode and there you can only download things from the windows store and for example, good anti-virus programs from the internet, I can't download and protect the anti-virus programs in the Windows store unfortunately not
😥 And if I get out of the windows 10s mode I can't go back, you know vll. What should I do?
Thanks and at the same time sorry that I disturb her so often. But if I recharge it is synonymous, but I must once again via online download the full Avast and then activate it, because normally if I open the app and would like to perform a virus scan, I will immediately continue to the website and I'm asked to download it via the Internet and if i try it, my windows 10s mode protects me again. Can you please help me, because I'm desperate… Do you think that the virus is still on the computer because before I did the speeding test was written in red for viruses and threat protection that an action is required and there was even an exclamation point, after I did the quick check there was a hacking and there was no action required… Do you think it would fit? Or should I still worry?
Sorry, that's all I can say. As I said, I do not have Windows 10 here. You should follow the instructions in any case, so after the download install the program and then run a scan. Also there are hints from the app what to do.
