I need help, and my laptop is still working, you can still turn it on, but the screen is only black. That came suddenly at some point. Can you fix this on your own, or do you have to go to a technician / repairer?

The appropriate tool, if necessary a new display, a bit of manual skill. YouTube really helps a lot, you can't really say what you need for your laptop without knowing what it is.
