Word formula no longer updates?

Got a new laptop and now no longer updates the word formula with the F9 key

I also tested STR + A afterwards F9.

Who can help me, can also send the file if necessary, maybe the formulas have to be created again?

Field functions are updated with F9 😉

Could it be that the function keys on your laptop have a double assignment that can (usually) be changed using the fn key…
