I bought about 7 months ago at Amazon a spare battery for my notebook. The first battery was already broken after 2 charges and could not charge more. Unfortunately, the 2 weeks were already over for the money withdrawal. Because I'm not a permanent user of my notebook. Have there then requested support and let me have a new battery. Among other things, I had to pay the shipping for the defective battery itself. However, the second battery is running low even after about 7-10 charging cycles. Once again, this was exchanged and now it gets back again. I have virtually lost confidence and do not want to have an exchange anymore. Am I entitled to refund my money anyway?
You had to pay the return postage every time?
Impudence!
You have 2x possibility to give, that the dealer nachbessert.
Then money back.
Join those in the A $$$!
At AMAZON?
Actually, you will ALWAYS receive a return receipt after having reported a defect.
And you are ALWAYS asked, if you want a replacement or rather the money back!
There's NO more affluent online retailer than Amazon - most of them send out the replacement right after the message - because you have not even brought the faulty part to the post office.
Sorry, but I just can't believe that.
Presumably, you did not buy from Amazon itself, but from one of the retailers on Amazon?
Well, you definitely have the right to withdraw from the purchase.
Yes that was 100% Amazon. Elsewhere I do not go shopping online.
But this behavior is new to me on Amazon too. It's not really Amazon, it's the battery dealer that is ticking differently. I have ordered at least 50 times at Amazon and if there were any problems, then I had the opportunity to get the money back. Now it is so that it is a long time since the date of purchase and after support request to the dealer I was only granted the guarantee. Say only the exchange of the battery. The replacement batteries are also shipped immediately.
