Study again from October and search for a relatively inexpensive tablet or notebook.
Actually, I wanted to get the Microsoft Surface, but that's quite expensive. Did not want to spend over 500 euro for it.
Do you have recommendations? I do not want to carry a huge part with me. Should be relatively small.

Almost as a digital collegeblock. Mainly for writing
On Android basis, I can recommend the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4. An active stylus is already included and the price is now around 500 euro.
10.5 inches should probably be okay.
If you want to write, then the Samsung Note is pretty good. If it's just a matter of keeping a record, then it will certainly be enough for a second-hand one.
Otherwise, just a netbook. Here I used an EeePc from Acer. Extremely low-power and with 2GB of RAM almost only with Linux running, but was sufficient.
I really recommend you to buy something very simple and to use it exclusively as a "typewriter" and for scripts. Stop and if you can better assess what you need, you can once again really dig deep into your pocket.
