Notebook is damaged, refund?

I bought a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 4 months ago and it has been causing serious problems for some time, such as that it often freezes for no reason and shuts down every 10 minutes on its own despite the battery being almost full. To do this, he no longer saves my data and the frequent shutdown means that data transmission is not possible. I was with a service that unfortunately could not transfer my data due to this error. So I wonder if I can still send the device back and get my money back. The guarantee is still up to date.

I thank you in advance for the answers

Ask the support question where you bought the device.

"Not satisfied" is not a sufficient reason.

You can find out what the guarantee gives in the guarantee conditions.

In the event of a material defect, the warranty would still be considered.

Ri

Since the problems mostly come from the user, this is unlikely.

A notebook also has to maintain data garbage that is produced by clicking on the Internet. Apart from pests, the guarantee expires anyway.

Not satisfied is no reason for return.

You could take out a RAM bar but still leave it in the notebook and say that it no longer starts so just release the lock. That is a possible solution.

Ri

This is not a money return reason.

That looks like a defect. Something like this should be covered by the warranty.
