I reset my laptop yesterday and now after the reboot and the windows installation, my laptop is slow so the startup is still clear but the opening of the internet explorer and apps is just going too slow. Also, if i try to start the settings then invites that infinitely and the load takes there also no end. Because I wanted to ask someone has some advice for me.
PS: I have an HDD in my laptop and please do not say get a SSD.
Are all drivers installed? The standard Windows drivers can cause significant performance losses.
Create a Windows installation medium (DVD or USB stick) and use it to properly rebuild Windows. This will not work with the built-in reset.

Make sure the laptop is connected to the Internet during LAN installation, otherwise only Microsoft drivers will be installed.
