Are then pre-installed programs such. B. MacAffee subscription, ExpressVPN, Office deleted, or are only programs that were subsequently installed?
Can I then reinstall Windows without any problems?
Why did you have to reset a new program? Everything is virginal. Possibly programs. You can uninstall or deactivate those you don't need.
If you reset it to the factory settings, it will be as you bought it. Programs that you have installed yourself are deleted. Also own files. Although there's sometimes the option to keep them. But I wouldn't rely on that.
With the Media Creations Tool there should be no problem if you use it from the Microsoft side.
When you perform a system restore, (only) the programs that were installed at the time of the restore point are still there.
What has been installed after this point in time is gone and would have to be reinstalled.
