1.5 years ago I bought a laptop from Saturn with a 2-year guarantee. The problem, however, is that the games no longer work (the graphics chip is probably broken) and has been for a long time (about a year) and we have misplaced the warranty papers. Have they saved that in the computer or something?
The guarantee can only be enforced with the guarantee documents
Is very unlikely to be picked up by anyone.
Without proof of purchase / proof of guarantee, the guarantee can and will logically be refused.
You can refer to the legal warranty. But the year of construction must be recognizable as a basis for calculation.
Otherwise I don't see a chance.
And how can you tell the year of construction? 🙈
Reinstall the operating system and the rest of the software.
Then everything will work again.
