I have up to 2000 pictures on my laptop and I would like to pull them all on a stick. Now the only question is how much GB I need, so that the stick is not full.
If you right-click on a folder with the mouse and select "Properties", you can see how much space this folder occupies.
No one knows what kind of pictures you have saved here. A high-resolution RAW or even uncompressed TIFF photo of a good camera has loose 50MB, an Internet picture in JPG format maybe only 20KB. Yours will probably be somewhere in between, but the span is already very big.
I recommend to save the pictures in PNG format. This is a lossless compressed format. Then the stick is easy enough.
