I ordered a laptop from Amazon and sent it back because of poor quality and paid for it by monthly statement and it said your credit was initiated on November 7th, but 8.5 working days have now passed and I still haven't received the money!

I contacted Amazon customer service a few days ago and they told me

That the money no later than Friday (20.11)

But I think the money never comes!

Since not the 20.11. I wouldn't worry about that yet. There are also products that are first checked before money flows back. This is also done to determine whether the full amount of the refund is justified.
