Monitor black after a game crash?

At the moment I activated a Full RTX shader in Minecraft and not only the game but the whole system crashed. This is a laptop.

Since a complete restart, my monitors no longer recognize a signal and remain black.

Is it only temporarily because of overheating, or is it permanent damage?

What can you do there?

And is there an explanation for this?

Lock the monitors and ask to start the laptop, then turn them on again.
