Morning
I'm looking for an antivirus program on the laptop
Free!
Of course, if it's really good I would pick the Pro version of.
should not detect a false virus where there's not one
should of course be able to scan
should have really good protection from a virus (Very important)
It should be possible that the free version has everything and the Pro version improves it only conditionally
I have Windows 10 (if it matters)
The Windows-own scanner is perfect. The following article is quite helpful with regard to virus scanners:

Of course, if it's really good I would pick the Pro version of.
Most pro versions are also available for free via coupon promotions.
Windows Defender is completely sufficient.
You do not need anything else.
At least since Windows 10 you can do without a third-party anti-virus software. The Windows own Defender has made a lot of points, especially in the past few months, and is (almost) not inferior to the competition products. Third-party antivirus software has a negative impact on the operation of Windows. Boating is often slowed down, sometimes even more and sometimes less resources are needed. As a result, Windows generally runs a bit slower.
Furthermore, anti-virus software third can nestle quite deep and like to become a security problem itself. I have been using BitDefender for a few years for protection; that both privately and professionally on different platforms and machines (Windows, macOS, Android). Meanwhile, only the Windows Defender performs its own service.
In general, it is usually more useful if software used from a single source and not "drilled out" by third-party providers. You can really keep what you want from Microsoft and its products. The guys from Redmond have really shown that they have it on it. No question, even Windows 10 is no egg-laying woolly milk. Nevertheless, probably the safest Windows so far. As I said, under Windows 10 can safely omit external anti-virus software.
There's nevertheless a small exception. Although not necessary, the Malwarebytes scanner is a good supplement to the Defender. With Malwarebytes your system can scour random for possible "pests". The software does not negatively affect the on-board virus protection and also consumes little resources otherwise. If you want to use features like authenticity protection, you are, of course, free to upgrade to the paid version.
