OpenVPN access from other Wi-Fi?

I have an OpenVPN server running on a Raspi at home.

Now I have released the port and can access the server from another Wi-Fi. But if I e.g. Enter an internal IP (e.g. 192.168.2.105) then my laptop does not search in the VPN network but in the Wi-Fi where I'm currently / connected. How can I get around this so that my laptop only searches the VPN network that I'm forcing the VPN?

Can you only access the server from outside, or are you in the VPN?

I can access the server and also access the Internet from there. But if I enter an internal IP it will be searched in the current Wi-Fi. So in the Wi-Fi with which I can access the Internet.

If you can only access the server, then apparently you are not yet in vpn
