Which program should I use to teach in class with a laptop?

I would like to write in the future with a laptop in the classroom. I do not know which program I should use for it. White jmd. Maybe one?

I always used word or something similar. Formatting only if you have the time. But it is important to have a high-end keyboard.

It depends on what you still want to do with the notes and what you have available. My favorites would be
