How can I use more power / energy on my USB port?

I want to turn the external fan / cooler for laptop faster with the help of being able to assign more energy to electricity

You have to unpack your blatant hacker skills. Rewrite the firmware for the USB controller, re-install it, then increase the voltage and pray that nothing burns. Easy gg

There are special voltage / current controllers for the USB interfaces on the motherboard and they are permanently programmed (hardware, not adjustable).

Tip: It is easier to load the new driver if you download a new USB socket beforehand.
