After the separation my "still husband" took a laptop and a new bike with me. Both were purchased during my marriage in my name and I have to pay off both. Does anyone know if an ad or the lawsuits would bring something?
What you have bought in the marriage belongs to both of you. So you have to agree on the separation of the house stand. Turn to your lawyer.
Everyone has a right to a lawyer in Germany, so do not mess around here.
If you can't afford a lawyer, you will be assigned a lawyer by the state. Calling also: prosecutor!
