Ipad with WLAN or notebook with WLAN?

I've seen that a notebook with an appealing battery life of up to 10 hours costs 499 EUR in the store, the iPad with 88xx mAh battery only 359 EUR. Now of course I don't know how long the iPad's battery will last. What do you think I should buy for surfing, playing and watching movies?

I can get the battery of an iPad empty in four hours, just paint and draw for a few hours with the Apple Pencil 2 and a bit of teams meetings → battery empty. But that's not a problem, I also have a powerful power supply and a 3 meter long USB-C-USB-C cable.

So buy the notebook.
