Explorer (no feedback) does not respond?

My Explorer has not worked since the day before yesterday.
When I open it says "folders are listed" but nothing happens.
In addition, within a short time "(no feedback)" appears.

I've already restarted the laptop, restarted the explorer, ran the DISM commands, but nothing worked.
The laptop is pretty new.

Let's check the system disk.

Then a very thorough virus scan. Preferably BEFORE the Windows start, so with a boot CD. Or the Defender before booting or offline (see scan options)
