Should I get a 144hz or 60hz monitor?
60 Hz monitor. The 144 HZ is not worth it.
Rather not except you only play LoL, CSGO doesn't play that demanding games. And you will never reach 144 Hertz in most games. If you buy a new PC soon it would make sense, but not necessarily with this setup.

No, you already achieve more FPS but that 144 Hertz should be worth it in every game you should reach 144 FPS pretty consistently. Your laptop is not bad, but 144 FPS are not a little bit. You need a very good PC that works in every game.
Ah thanks, last question, can i achieve more fps even though i connect to hdmi? At a 60hz?
Whether you're using HDMI doesn't affect your FPS
