MediaMarkt repair service?

Hi, I bought a notebook from MediaMarkt last summer. Now a hinge is broken and on the same side of the frame dissolves (it fell even a screw out there). I can't shut it down without it getting worse. I also have a plus protection insurance. Does anyone know if the repair will cost me anything? I'm afraid that it will not be considered as wear, although I always take care of it and never fell before it.
