I ordered a laptop from Amazon and sent it back for technical reasons. I paid for this laptop through the monthly statement.
I sent this laptop back and it says on Amazon,
Reimbursement Arranged on November 7th,
And I should get the money back via the monthly statement, which means from which account I had transferred the money. Now my question: I still haven't got the money back and should it take 3-5 working days?
I would simply contact Amazon's customer service, they have a live chat. They can probably help you here better than we can
They said I would get the money no later than Friday November 20th
