Then I would still on used business devices such. Access ThinkPads. An SSD and 8GB of RAM make every work very pleasant - even if it's "just" Excel and Word.

I'm writing to you now from a 10-year-old HP Elitebook, 17 inches. 4GB Ram, 512er SSD retrofitted. About Office laughs the thing.
